Interested people must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or management-related courses.

He or she must have a minimum 5 years of work experience in a retail environment or supermarket. And a minimum of 3 years experience in a team lead position.

He or she must have experience working in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork and self-motivation were critical. He or she must be well organized and analytical, and be able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Interested persons must have the ability to manage a team relationship and productive work environment. And have Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

He or she must have strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.

He or she must be Professional, client-service-oriented, and a positive representative of the firm. And possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Expected remuneration: 200k -260k
